You can literally ask her anything food, fitness or about the latest quick fix doing the rounds and she will give you the straight facts and on many occasion her personal top tips from her own weight loss/wellness journey. She gives so much of her time in her 1-2-1 check ins and demonstrates in her content and classes her true desire to break down as many barriers for everyone to live a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle.

I am so pleased I rang Rachael after seeing an ad on FB. I felt like a menopausal cliché, expanding waistline, sluggish and hot flushes. I signed up for the six week programme and lost 16inches and 6kg. I haven't looked back! Rachael is amazing, supportive, welcoming and very knowledgeable. You train to your own abilities. Classes are at times to suit everyone and the other members are so helpful too.

Love the training - go virtually every morning
Feel stronger and fitter - had a knee replacement last November and Rachael sometimes adapts exercises when required. Rachael has an in-depth of knowledge which she imparts with kindness and enthusiasm
